Our Story
Lexington Winnelson and The Showplace have over 135 combined years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing! We have the knowledge and resources to get your project completed under budget and on time. If somehow we don't have the answer you need, our network includes a wide range of contractors or manufacturers that will.
Browse hundreds of kitchen & bathroom faucet options from premium brands in our expansive showroom. We have also have numerous tubs, showers, toilets and accessories to choose from. Tiled enclosures, furniture pieces, a working shower head & body spray selector and coordinating product catalogs round out the some of the on-hand items that can get your creative juices flowing.
Meet The Team
Rachel attended college at a Fashion & Design School in Los Angeles. She then had the opportunity to work in the Fashion Business for roughly 23 years. During those years, she also spent time designing and building her own home in Maui, HI, where she ended up working for a home builder there for 2 years. Rachel fell in love with the building process. She says selling plumbing is like putting my favorite careers together, it is like designing and selling fashion for the home. For the last 10 years, The Showplace at Lexington Winnelson has given her the perfect balance and she enjoys working with her clients and customers daily. Rachel also loves to spend time with her family and especially her daughter Sophia.

Alex graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2024 and has been a valued member of our team for the past three years. During her time with the company, she has developed a strong knowledge of our products and is committed to providing exceptional service while helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as her two golden retrievers.

Meet Avery, the newest member of the showroom! With a decade of experience in residential design, remodeling and real estate he enjoys working with homeowners, designers and builders to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. He believes the best projects begin with understanding how people live, and strives to make every showroom experience informative and inspiring.
Outside of work, Avery enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs, especially relaxing at the lake, exploring local Lexington restaurants and making the most of everything Central Kentucky has to offer.
